1. What is your current turnaround time?
- Our current turnaround time is 5-7 days NOT including weekends or holidays to ship your item. Please keep in mind that everything is handmade, and delays can happen. I do my best to keep orders within that time frame, but it is an estimate.
2. Once my order is placed, do you allow refunds?
- Because all items are handmade and due to fabric costs, we do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations. If an item is damaged you have 48 hours from the time of delivery to contact us at 1palaceboutique@gmail.com. We ask that you ship your item back and we will resolve the issue.
3. What is the best way to contact you?
- Message me through the Facebook VIP Group Page, or through my email: 1palaceboutique@yahoo.com. Please allow 24-48 hours for a response.
4. What sizes do you carry?
- Most items run 0 months to 5T. Occasionally I do bigger sizes.
5. My tracking number still hasn't updated, what is going on?
- Once we create a label for your package you will receive an email with your tracking information. The information does not update until USPS scans the item. Please allow 48 hours for it to update.
6. My item says delivered but I did not receive it.
- Once an item leaves our hands and scans with USPS we are not responsible for them. You will need to contact your local post office. All our labels are printed and include the address you included in your order. If the address is wrong, we can not be responsible for wrong shipping addresses.
